Lanes End Farm Experience

I have had a farm in Marshalls Creek, Pennsylvania for about 13 years and was running a Catering Company in NYC for 30 years, DM Cuisine, and decided in addition to catering i would move forward and explore Team Building and Event Experiences at Lanes End Farm.

My philosphy is to use Local, Organic Sustainable Foods & Spririts, and also to incorporate Art, Music and Dance to show how these elements contribute to our well being & happiness in Life. Also, I would like to show that they are all interwined and how you can benefit from being open to the "Experience".

I have a Sculpture Garden with two interactive sound sculptures by Local Artists who have international acclaim. The Artists of the sound sculptures have collaborated with international composer who are based in New York City, and have written music for these sculptures which will and can be played at Events, Team Building Programs and in addition there is a Local Modern Dance Company, formerly out of New York City, That has choreographed pieces to the music for the sound sculptures which will also be performed at these "Experiences"

In the Team Building Program we would decide on what you whould like to explore and I would take the groups to Local Farms and we would pick our Produce, come back to the Kitchen to prepare the Dinner.  You would divided up into 3 to 4 teams and each team would actually make one course of the meal. Then we would proceed to the garden to enjoy a cocktail hour with music and dance followed by the dinner that you made in the Lanes End Farm Kitchen.

Team Building

I am also going to incorporate the same elements into Events such as Weddings, Company Picnics, Outings and Corporate Meetings.

I hope that continue our tour of Lanes End Farm on the editional pages, pair that with my background and what the farm has to offer, i hope this gives you a better understanding of how the exciting "Lanes End Farm Experience"can enrich your Life and all your Senses.
